Bu Uygulama, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla işletilir. Uygulama; izlediğin film ve dizileri takip edebilmen için kişisel kullanımına yönelik geliştirilmiş bağımsız bir üründür, bir şirket veya kurumsal yapı değildir. Sorular ve talepler için bu sayfanın altındaki iletişim adresini kullanabilirsin.
This App is operated as the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). The App is an independent product built for personal use so you can keep track of the movies and series you watch; it is not a company or corporate entity. For questions and requests, use the contact address at the bottom of this page.

02Data we collect
- Hesap bilgileri — e-posta adresin. E-posta ve şifreyle kayıt olursan şifren Firebase Authentication tarafından şifrelenmiş biçimde saklanır; bize hiçbir zaman düz metin olarak ulaşmaz. Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparsan, bu sağlayıcıların paylaştığı e-posta adresin (Apple "e-postamı gizle" seçeneğinde Apple'ın ilettiği gizli adres) ve varsa adın alınır; sağlayıcı şifreni bize iletmez.
- Profil bilgileri — kullanıcı adı, ad soyad, ülke ve şehir (isteğe bağlı) ve hesabını tamamladığın tarih.
- İçerik verilerin — eklediğin film/dizi kayıtları, izleme durumların, bölüm bazında ilerlemen, izleme tarihlerin, puanların, notların ve kendi eklediğin "izleme bağlantısı" adreslerin.
- Listelerin — oluşturduğun isimli listeler ve içlerine eklediğin film/diziler.
- Anonim popülerlik sayacı — bir film/diziyi kütüphanene eklediğinde, o içerik için tutulan toplam sayı bir artar (ör. "3 kişi kütüphanesinde"). Bu sayaç yalnızca bir rakamdır; hangi kullanıcıların eklediğini içermez ve seninle ilişkilendirilemez.
- Sesli not verisi — sesle not girme özelliğini kullandığında, ses cihazının konuşma tanıma servisiyle anlık olarak metne çevrilir; ses kaydı saklanmaz veya sunucuya gönderilmez.
- Teknik ve tanısal veri — uygulama çökme raporları, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve genel kullanım istatistikleri Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics aracılığıyla toplanır.
- Destek talepleri — Destek ve Geri Bildirim ekranından gönderdiğin mesajlar ve e-posta adresin.
- Account information — your email address. If you register with email and password, your password is stored encrypted by Firebase Authentication and never reaches us in plain text. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the email address those providers share (for Apple's "Hide My Email", the private relay address) and your name if provided; the provider does not send us your password.
- Profile information — username, full name, country and city (optional).
- Your content — the movies/series you add, your watch statuses, episode-by-episode progress, watch dates, ratings, notes and the "watch link" addresses you add yourself.
- Your lists — the named lists you create and the movies/series you add to them.
- Anonymous popularity counter — when you add a movie/series to your library, the total count kept for that title increases by one (e.g. "In 3 libraries"). This counter is just a number; it does not include which users added it and cannot be linked to you.
- Voice note data — when you use voice notes, your speech is converted to text instantly by your device's speech recognition service; the recording is not stored or sent to our servers.
- Technical and diagnostic data — crash reports, device model, operating system version and general usage statistics are collected through Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics.
- Support requests — the messages you send from the Support & Feedback screen and your email address.

- Detecting and fixing bugs and improving performance
- Responding to support requests
- Keeping usernames unique and preventing abuse
04Hukuki sebep
04Legal basis
Veriler, KVKK m.5/2 kapsamında "bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması" (hesabının çalışması için gerekli asgari veri) ve "ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati" (hata ayıklama, güvenlik) hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenir; sesli not gibi isteğe bağlı özelliklerde ise açık rızana dayanılır.
Data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2 on the grounds that processing is "directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" (the minimum data needed for your account to work) and "the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" (debugging, security); for optional features such as voice notes, your explicit consent is relied upon.

Veriler, barındırma ve işleme amacıyla aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla, yalnızca Uygulamanın çalışması için gerektiği ölçüde paylaşılır:
- Google Firebase — kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, bulut senkronu
- TMDb (The Movie Database) — poster, özet, künye bilgisi
- Google (Google ile Giriş) ve Apple (Apple ile Giriş) — yalnızca bu yöntemlerle giriş yaptığında, kimlik doğrulama için
- Wikidata — yapımlar arası ilişkiler (kişisel veri gönderilmez)
- Google Arama — "Nerede izlenir?" düğmesine bastığında, yalnızca yapımın adı tarayıcında Google aramasına gönderilir; hesap bilgin gönderilmez
- Google Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics — hata ayıklama, kullanım istatistiği
Verilerin hiçbiri reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflara satılmaz veya kiralanmaz.
Data is shared with the following service providers for hosting and processing, only to the extent needed for the App to work:
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, cloud sync
- TMDb (The Movie Database) — posters, summaries, credits
- Google (Sign in with Google) and Apple (Sign in with Apple) — only if you sign in that way, for authentication
- Wikidata — relations between titles (no personal data is sent)
- Google Search — only when you tap "Where to watch", the title name is sent to Google Search in your browser; your account details are not sent
- Google Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics — debugging, usage statistics
None of your data is sold or rented to third parties for advertising purposes.

Madde 5'te sayılan hizmet sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında (başta ABD ve AB) bulunabilir. Uygulamayı kullanarak ve hesap oluşturarak, verilerinin KVKK m.9 kapsamında bu hizmet sağlayıcılara yurt dışına aktarılmasına açık rıza vermiş olursun.
The servers of the service providers listed in Article 5 may be located abroad (mainly in the US and EU). By using the App and creating an account, you give your explicit consent to your data being transferred abroad to these service providers under KVKK art. 9.

Veriler, hesabın aktif olduğu sürece veya sen "Hesabımı Sil" özelliğini kullanana kadar saklanır. Hesabını silmediğin sürece, artık kullanmadığın bir hesabın verisi de sistemde kalmaya devam eder — bu yüzden kullanmayı bıraktığında hesabını silmeni öneririz.
Data is kept while your account is active or until you use "Delete My Account". Unless you delete your account, the data of an account you no longer use also stays in the system — so we recommend deleting your account when you stop using it.

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca bize başvurarak:
- Kişisel verinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
- İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Yurt içinde/dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
- Eksik/yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
- KVKK'da öngörülen şartlarda verinin silinmesini/yok edilmesini isteme
- İşlemeye itiraz etme ve zarara uğraman halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
haklarına sahipsin. Silme talebini Hesap → Hesabımı Sil yoluyla anında ve kendi başına gerçekleştirebilirsin — ayrıca bize yazman gerekmez (bkz. Madde 9).
Under article 11 of the KVKK, by contacting us you may:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties it is transferred to, in Turkey or abroad
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion/destruction of the data under the conditions set out in the KVKK
- Object to processing and request compensation for damages suffered
You can carry out a deletion request instantly yourself via Account → Delete My Account — you do not need to write to us separately (see Article 9).

Uygulama içinde Hesap → Hesabımı Sil yolunu izlediğinde, onayının hemen ardından:
- Firestore'daki tüm film/dizi kayıtların, notların ve puanların,
- Profil bilgilerin (kullanıcı adı, ad, ülke, şehir),
- Cihazındaki yerel kopyaların (film/dizi listesi),
- Firebase Authentication hesabının kendisi (Apple ile girdiysen Apple tarafındaki erişim jetonu da iptal edilir)
kalıcı ve geri alınamaz biçimde silinir. Bu işlem anında gerçekleşir. Ayrıntılar için hesap silme sayfasına bak.
When you follow Account → Delete My Account in the App, immediately after you confirm:
- All your movie/series records, notes and ratings in Firestore,
- Your profile information (username, name, country, city),
- The local copies on your device (movie/series list),
- Your Firebase Authentication account itself (if you signed in with Apple, the Apple access token is revoked as well)
are permanently and irreversibly deleted. This happens instantly. See the account deletion page for details.

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplamaz. 13 yaş altı bir kullanıcının verisinin toplandığını fark edersen lütfen bizimle iletişime geç, veriyi derhal sileriz.
The App is not designed for users under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from this age group. If you notice that data of a user under 13 has been collected, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Bu politika, Uygulamadaki yeni özellikler veya mevzuat değişiklikleri doğrultusunda güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde yürürlük tarihi bu sayfanın üstünde güncellenir; büyük değişikliklerde ayrıca uygulama içinden bilgilendirme yapılır.
This policy may be updated in line with new features in the App or changes in legislation. For important changes, the effective date at the top of this page is updated; for major changes, you will also be notified inside the App.
